Peak season runs from May 1st through Labor Day. *Add $10 per night for Holidays. Off-season rates run from April 1st-30th and end of Labor Day Weekend through October. Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children (under 16) or 3 adults. Must be 21 or over. Additional persons will be charged $10.00 per night. Maximum number of adults per cabin is four. Smoking is NOT permitted in any rental. Violation fines apply.

Tired of packing and hauling your trailer when you want to go camping? Consider renting a site with us for the season, which allows you unlimited camping from April through October. Each site includes a city water hook-up and electric is metered. We also offer sewer sites and pump out service for those who need it. Cancellation policy: 30 days cancellation notice is required. Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice will be charged the full deposit. Reservations cancelled with less than 15 days notice will be charged the full reserved stay. A $10.00 service charge will be assessed for all cancellations for campsites and $40 for cabins. Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay, payment in full is required and no refunds if cancelled.
No refunds for early departures.
